HINKAL PATEL

Background:

I am a freshman in the Schreyers Honors College with the intended major of chemical engineering. I joined Curtis Lab in the fall of 2017. When I’m not doing school work or research, I enjoy learning foreign languages, writing, improving my art, or just listening to music.

Projects:

Currently, I’m learning the ropes in plant propagation work with cacao and cassava utilizing Temporary Immersion Bioreactors (TIBs). Additionally, I help out with the sterilization and transformations of tomatoes with Agrobacteria for the DARPA project.
